An unagi (eel) specialty restaurant who first opened in the Kansai region in 1932 under the direct management of a wholesaler, we serve authentic unagi using specialized skills cultivated over 90 years. Our counter seating is a live kitchen where you can watch us processing, skewering, and broiling the unagi right in front of your eyes. We grill our unagi –no steaming– dip them in our secret sauce. Come and give it a taste!
