Celebrating the spirit of Ye Olde Tosa with cuisine from Kochi Prefecture and customer-first treatment, this Ramen Shokudo shall raise the most weathered of spirits. This is a collaboration between Osaka’s No. 1 “Jinrui Mina Menrui” and the media’s oft-gossiped “Otomoya”! Our YOSAKOI Shoyu combines 2 kinds of pork, hakusai cabbage, bamboo shoots, and yuzu spiced oil over a shoyu soup base to form an invigorating melee of ingredients delivered directly from Kochi Prefectural farmers. Our donburi uses Kochi rice grown under the care of 5-star Rice Meister Haruo Yamashita, and meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, and other ingredients are prepared caringly by producers who work amidst the seas, mountains, rivers, and boundless nature of Tosa. Our IINARI Don, which can be enjoyed on the side, comes in 6 heroic varieties.
