Introducing a fresh new style of ODEN

Our new style of ODEN takes our delicious ODEN soaked in a refined broth and adds tasty ajillo to the mix. Once permeated with exquisite broth, we top it off with olive oil to give it a great taste that goes well with either sharp sake or our direct-import wine from abroad. The sake pairing for the Ajillo ODEN is produced by a brand well-known to anyone within the sake industry: Hasegawa Saketen. For our lunchtime menu, we are also excited to introduce Collagen Khao Soi, a meal which takes Chenmai, Thailand’s famous Khao Soi and tops it off with beef tendon ODEN. Our fragrant and delicious curry soup uses coconut milk as a base and features both boiled and deep-fried noodles to give a unique texture and delicious experience that will tease three of the five senses (sight, scent, taste) in our trademark ODD style. Already vastly different between lunchtime and dinner, ODD is always excited to extend the bounds of possibility for ODEN to present you with newer and fresher experiences.
